Test Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, speed test results may vary due to:

• Network congestion
• Device performance
• Browser limitations
• ISP routing

• Server location
• Time of day
• Network configuration
• Background applications

Results are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered definitive measurements.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability, but the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific uptime percentages.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by SpeedPulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce the Service's code or design, create derivative works, remove proprietary notices, or use our trademarks without permission.
